Hmm. Green sparkly corset costume with wings. Really hard to figure out why I would want to do this one. ;) I've done this costume once already for someone else and ever since then I've been wanting to create a more elaborate version for myself The mass amount of glitter on this costume is going to be a little difficulty to achieve; there looks to be layers of sequins and rhinestones on that corset of hers. Also finding the beaded trim in the right shape and color for the bottom edging of the corset. And the sheer 'wrap' is absolutely impossible to get to sit right; that portion alone took me hours to create! I do know I will once again be ordering my wings from Bernadette at My Fairy Workshop. Yep, thats the easiest part. Im not sure when I will get to this costume; Im hoping to be able to make it in time for DragonCon 2003 but Im not sire if I will have time. But I've already started collecting bits and pieces for it so it is definitely in my future! |
