Gown is made from a white satin base with layers of iridescent crinkle organza. Boned bodice. Leg of mutton HUGE sleeves. Lace trim at hem. Budget: No bodice decoration, 2 layers of organza over white satin $650 Moderate (shown): Same as above with bodice decorations $750 Deluxe: Several more layers of organza as well as a layer of lace $950 Ultimate: Same as above with screen accurate bodice decorations and hand glitter embossed bodice as in movie: $2500 I've made several versions of this gown, the latest the closest to the movie yet. These are a joy to create; every customer has a slightly different opinion on what the details should be so they are all one of a kinds. I'll be re-making this dress for myself for an event called Labyrinth of Jareth Masquerade! I've gathered most of my materials and believe this will be my closest rendition yet! Once again I can't make it to this years event (2006) but I'm hoping for maybe next year! |
