Red and Black Court Gown
This was my first gown I made while trying to be 'historically accurate' for the SCA; I'm pretty happy with how it came out! The pictures dont show it but the black fabric actually is covered with a cut velvet pattern. I still need to sew the slashed sleeves together at a few points. Click pics to see them fullsize.

Beaded Girdle
This item is on my Arwen gown in the pics just because I needed a dress on the dress form but I wear it with my court gown. The beads are crystal and are strung on a very flexible almost stringlike wire. There is a lobster claw at one end (you can see it in the pic on the right) which just anchors onto the wire. I think I want to find a brooch or something to havd on the center to cover it.
